Job Summary

A company is looking for a BI Data Analyst to develop and maintain data analysis structures and derive actionable recommendations to boost company revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of acquisition channels
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track key metrics and optimize marketing efforts
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and design A/B tests for optimization

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with 2+ years in performance or affiliate marketing analytics
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization and BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
• Working knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics and automation
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and creating predictive models
• Deep knowledge of affiliate channels and performance marketing KPIs is a plus
