Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst for the Employee Service Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to highlight performance metrics and opportunities
• Monitor and analyze core performance metrics to identify trends and recommend data-backed actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and support cyclical HR programs

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or data/analytics roles
• Hands-on experience with HR systems like Workday and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools, SQL)
• Experience in analyzing workflows and identifying process inefficiencies
• Strong ability to communicate complex data insights to diverse audiences
