Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst (Operations) to support U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare big data and implement analytics models using SQL and Python within a Databricks environment
• Conduct data mining, preparation, profiling, and reporting, leading projects independently or as part of a team
• Perform qualitative and quantitative service operations research, formulate hypotheses, and present findings clearly

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, economics, data science, statistics, or computer science
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis using SQL and Python
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Databricks or similar technologies
• Experience with Tableau or PowerBI and managing large volumes of data
• Must be a United States Citizen and able to clear a Public Trust
