Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst to support operational needs and client reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance knowledge of allocated databases and develop standard client report templates
• Generate and maintain inquiry volume reports and monthly activity summaries for client presentations
• Support the creation and distribution of metric reports and assist in training new team members

Required Qualifications

• Qualifications/degree in business analytics or equivalent
• At least 6 months of prior data analyst experience or equivalent
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to gather and analyze information while maintaining confidentiality
• Experience in troubleshooting telephony and database issues
