Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst (REMOTE) - Contractor Role.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring real-time data streams from field sensors and responding to alerts
• Consistently following SOPs to investigate and localize real-time faults with minimal error
• Quickly and efficiently working with Supervisors on ad-hoc data requests and following up during ongoing investigations

Required Qualifications

• STEM degree (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics)
• Basic understanding of data analytics and anomaly detection
• A passion for working in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated, proactive, able to perform duties without supervision
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends, and ability to work 40 hours per week
