A company is looking for a Data Analyst - UKG Ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit timekeeping and payroll data
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate data management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, information systems, finance, HR, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with UKG Ready
• Strong understanding of payroll, timekeeping, and HR data structures
• Hands-on experience with parallel payroll testing and data reconciliation
• UKG Ready certifications and/or payroll certifications (FPC, CPP) preferred
