Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst 3 in Talent & People Analytics (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze employee data and develop dashboards to support strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insights and recommendations based on complex data
• Manage projects and communicate updates effectively to ensure alignment with business needs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and making recommendations based on complex datasets
• 3+ years of experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Experience with Workday reporting, Looker, and people analytics data
• Proficient in at least one programming language (R or Python preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in data analytics or a related field preferred
