Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst 2 to support IT helpdesk operations within the Microsoft Digital Global Support department.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update documentation for the Digital Nervous System (DNS) reporting platform
• Design, build, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards using multiple data sources
• Build AI/ML solutions using Azure and Microsoft Fabric to identify patterns and trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, or a related technical field
• 2-4 years of applicable experience in data analysis and reporting
• Experience with Power BI, including data visualization, modeling, and DAX
• Hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning and building low-code/no-code solutions
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Kusto Query Language (KQL)
