Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst to assist in the design and execution of an organization-wide analytics program.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture, analyze, and leverage critical patient and financial data to improve care outcomes and reduce service duplication
• Design, develop, and test reports while collaborating with team members to support data and knowledge needs
• Ensure accurate data exchange between the organization and community pediatricians and family practitioners

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum five (5) years of related experience in database design, structure, and maintenance
• Extensive knowledge of electronic medical record technology
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Relative experience may be considered in lieu of education
• Preferred: Master's degree in a related field
