Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst to manage business intelligence and reporting while enhancing data capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Independently analyze complex datasets to drive strategic decisions in policy pricing and customer retention
Design and build interactive dashboards and automated reports for real-time business performance metrics
Collaborate with actuarial and underwriting teams to develop data-driven models for improved pricing accuracy

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
2-4 years of experience in data analytics or a related field
Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis
Proven ability to independently deliver projects from requirements through implementation
