Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst to ensure the integrity and usability of data within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance CMMS data quality, including asset hierarchies and work order records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CMMS configurations with business needs
• Analyze CMMS data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with CMMS platforms in a facilities or lab services environment
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, with up to 3 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education may be considered
• Familiarity with asset tracking, maintenance planning, and compliance frameworks
• MCSE and CNE Certification preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
