Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst, remote.

Key Responsibilities

Extract, compile, and maintain the master external workforce dataset using various systems
Perform detailed worker-level data reconciliation and validate required data fields
Identify data gaps and communicate progress, risks, and findings to the program lead

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of relevant experience in data analysis and reconciliation
Experience with ERP systems and VMS platforms
Ability to interpret contracts and extract structured data from unstructured documents
Bachelor's degree is an advantage
Advanced Excel skills, including data cleansing and pivot tables
