Data Analyst

Job Summary

Data Analyst is a full-time position responsible for supporting fundraising strategy and executive decision-making through reporting, analytics, and operational support, while maintaining dashboards and ensuring data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage data and reporting requests from various departments and produce regular reporting deliverables
• Build and enhance BI dashboards and reporting workflows using CRM data
• Identify and implement improvements in reporting processes and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases and large datasets
• Experience in building dashboards and translating business questions into actionable insights
• Familiarity with Snowflake and BI platforms such as Sigma, Power BI, or Tableau is preferred
