Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support a nonprofit organization in the education technologies sector, the remote contract-to-hire Data Analyst will develop and maintain dashboards, generate reports, and present data insights to various stakeholders over a 6-month term.

Key responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in academic programs and services
• Utilize AWS services such as S3, Amazon QuickSight, and Athena for data analysis and visualization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with security and access controls while providing data analysis expertise

Required qualifications:

• 5-7 years of previous experience as a Data Analyst
• Proven experience in SQL and Python programming for data querying and analysis
• Experience in data analytics and reporting
• Familiarity with AWS services, specifically S3, Amazon QuickSight, and Athena
• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, data science, or a related field
