Data Analyst

Job Summary

Joining a purpose-driven team, the remote Data Analyst will support the Snowflake migration, build business-facing dashboards, and establish metric definitions to empower stakeholders in making data-driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and QA legacy Redshift dashboards and reports to support the Snowflake migration
• Develop intuitive, self-service reports in Hex for marketing, finance, and sales teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document metrics and dimensions for shared understanding

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or in a similar role
• Strong SQL skills, including experience with CTEs and window functions
• Proficiency in dbt within a production environment and understanding of modeling best practices
• Experience building dashboards and reports in Hex, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools
• Understanding of statistical fundamentals, including hypothesis testing and A/B test design
