Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support energy efficiency programs, the full-time remote Data Analyst will develop and maintain interactive dashboards, design reports, and analyze data trends while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations in Salesforce and/or Tableau
• Design and customize reports that meet business requirements and highlight key variances and trends
• Coordinate with program delivery teams to provide data for ad-hoc requests and ensure data accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, engineering, statistics, math, economics, or a related field preferred
• 1+ years of experience in data analysis, data mining, and data visualization
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
• Experience with Salesforce or comparable project management systems
• Ability to present complex data in a clear and visually engaging manner
