Job Summary

Transforming data into actionable insights, the full-time remote Data Analyst will analyze call center metrics, create visual dashboards, and optimize data-driven sales strategies to enhance credit product effectiveness.

Key responsibilities:

• Collect and process data from various systems and sources
• Analyze trends in key metrics and prepare performance reviews for management
• Develop clear dashboards using SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to identify operational bottlenecks

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an analyst
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus
• Proactive attitude with a strong analytical mindset and ability to work with large datasets
