Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support a nonprofit organization in the education technologies sector, the remote Data Analyst will develop and maintain dashboards, generate reports, and present data insights to stakeholders over a 6-month contract-to-hire term.

Key responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing academic programs and services
• Utilize AWS services such as S3, Amazon QuickSight, and Athena for data analysis and visualization
• Collaborate with partners to provide expertise in data analysis, metric development, and data visualization tools

Required qualifications:

• 5-7 years of previous Data Analyst experience
• Proven experience in SQL and Python for querying and data transformation
• Skilled in translating technical data into actionable business recommendations
• Experience with AWS services including S3, Amazon QuickSight, and Athena
• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, data science, or a related field
