Data Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the growth of the Employee Benefits practice, the full-time remote Data Analyst will format and input data, perform complex analyses, and deliver findings to internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Format and input data into various client-facing tools while understanding client needs
• Quickly aggregate data to perform complex analyses and document data elements for insurance negotiations
• Provide support for internal teams and contribute to enhancements in client service

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Mathematics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel; Visual Basic experience is a plus
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a support role or equivalent
• Strong analytical and logical skills with the ability to troubleshoot report outputs
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage a high-volume workload
