Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support a nonprofit organization in the education technologies sector, the remote Data Analyst will develop and maintain dashboards, generate reports, and present data insights to stakeholders during a 6-month contract-to-hire term.

Key responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in student outcomes and academic programs
• Utilize AWS services such as S3, Amazon QuickSight, and Athena to analyze data and create visualizations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with enterprise security and effective data visualization practices

Required qualifications:

• 5-7 years of previous Data Analyst experience
• Proven experience in SQL and Python for data querying and transformation
• Experience in data analytics and reporting
• Familiarity with AWS services including S3, Amazon QuickSight, and Athena
• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, data science, or a related field
