Data Analyst

Job Summary

Delivering critical inbound and outbound EDI projects, the full-time remote Data Analyst will manage the implementation and monitoring of eligibility files, support data quality initiatives, and troubleshoot file processing issues while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in outbound file implementation projects, coordinating resources and communications with stakeholders
• Assist with the configuration, testing, and production transitions of claims and eligibility files
• Support the review and resolution of data discrepancies related to eligibility and claims, collaborating with various teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years of experience with ANSI X12 834 EDI files
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Power BI
• Understanding of data management and integration processes within a healthcare environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
