Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing analytics team, the remote Data Analyst will manage client-facing reporting, build and maintain data foundations, and support clinical analytics workstreams while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand client-facing reporting to illustrate the value of Modern Health's services to customers
• Build and maintain the data foundation, including dbt models and reliable data pipelines
• Conduct analyses and provide actionable insights to stakeholders across Clinical Strategy, Customer Success, Finance, and RevOps

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in healthcare or health tech
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, dbt, and data visualization tools
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Genuine interest in clinical data and health outcomes
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
