Job Summary

Supporting the RIA/BD business, the full-time Data Analyst will design and maintain data pipelines, build custom dashboards, and conduct deep-dive analyses to drive financial and operational performance while collaborating with finance and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and debug data pipelines to aggregate financial and operational data
• Build and maintain custom dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key metrics
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on asset flows, pricing models, and advisor compensation structures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role, ideally within financial services or wealth management
• Strong SQL and Python skills with experience in data wrangling and automation
• Familiarity with financial concepts such as revenue recognition and fee structures
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
