Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support advanced data development and modernization efforts in HR analytics, the contract Data Analyst will work remotely to develop complex queries and database objects across SQL Server and Oracle platforms, focusing on sourcing, transforming, and validating Oracle HCM data for enterprise reporting and analytics.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex SQL and database objects across SQL Server and Oracle environments
• Support HR data replication and modernization by translating legacy SQL Server logic to Oracle HCM-sourced data
• Design and implement data structures and transformations for analytics, reporting, and downstream consumption

Required qualifications:

• Advanced SQL experience, including complex joins, analytical/window functions, and performance optimization
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Oracle SQL
• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including frontend configuration and backend data structures
• Experience using Oracle Analytics tools such as BI Publisher and BICC for reporting and data validation
• Solid understanding of enterprise data warehousing concepts, including fact tables and historical data design
