Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support healthcare customers in data exploration and improvement initiatives, the full-time remote Data Analyst will guide the team in best practices, transform data, and create analytical reports while ensuring quality and accuracy of deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and mentor the team in best practices for data handling and review deliverables before sharing with customers
• Design and build workflows on the Data Activation Platform, ensuring compliance with internal standards and industry best practices
• Monitor and tune workflow configurations for high availability in production environments

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in an analytics role within a data services/product firm
• Strong knowledge of SQL for ETL; familiarity with scripting languages like Python is a plus
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts, including predictive modeling and classification
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or Computer Science; an advanced degree is a plus
• Ability to mentor junior team members and implement industry best practices across data engineering
