Data Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Data Analyst will provide support in conducting research, analysis, and reporting across healthcare and operational data to enhance decision-making and business performance improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzes healthcare and operational datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develops and maintains recurring and ad hoc reports using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or healthcare analytics
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and reporting/analytics tools
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into insights
• Attention to detail in data validation and report development
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
