Job Summary

To support monthly and quarterly provider incentive processes, the contract Data Analyst will work remotely to generate, validate, and reconcile data for financial distributions while collaborating with a small team.

Key responsibilities

• Support the monthly and quarterly provider incentive check run process
• Generate and prepare data files required for payment processing
• Reconcile datasets to ensure completeness and accuracy

Required qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or reconciliation
• Prior experience supporting incentive compensation, financial reporting, or similar processes
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders
