Data Analyst

Job Summary

Providing strategic data reporting and analysis for a large utility client, the full-time Data Analyst will develop dashboards, engage with clients, and conduct analyses to enhance a state-wide electric vehicle incentive program in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and ongoing updates of analytics dashboards, focusing on data visualization and storytelling for client presentations
• Serve as the primary client contact for analytics inquiries, presenting insights and recommendations to drive business performance
• Conduct analyses to measure program effectiveness, gathering data from various sources and contributing to strategic recommendations for clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a business or marketing environment
• Proficiency in analytics dashboard tools like Power BI and Google Data Studio
• Experience with relational databases and SQL; willingness to learn programming languages such as Python or R
• Demonstrated ability to present complex data and insights effectively to decision-makers
