Data Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a Data Analyst with insurance domain expertise, the full-time position will analyze travel insurance policy and claims data onsite in Schaumburg, IL, to identify trends and generate actionable business insights.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze travel insurance policy and claims data to identify trends and insights
- Support product benchmarking, policy analysis, and competitive intelligence initiatives
- Utilize AI/GenAI technologies to enhance data analysis and reporting processes
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of Data Analytics experience, preferably in the Insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of Travel Insurance products and claims processes
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau
- Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, NLP, or document intelligence solutions
- Experience with policy administration and claims data analysis
