Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the remote Data Analyst will analyze travel insurance policy and claims data, interpret policy details, and develop reports and dashboards over a 6-12 month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze travel insurance data to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities
• Utilize LLMs and GenAI solutions to extract and compare policy information across carriers
• Develop reports and dashboards highlighting policy and claims performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, preferably within the insurance sector
• Strong understanding of travel insurance products, policy formation, and claims processes
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, NLP, or document intelligence solutions
• Ability to translate complex policy language into structured analytical insights
