Job Summary

With a focus on analyzing travel insurance data, the remote Data Analyst will evaluate policy and claims information, benchmark products against competitors, and develop insights using advanced analytics and AI solutions for a duration of 6-12 months.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze travel insurance policy and claims data to identify trends and business opportunities
• Utilize LLMs and GenAI solutions to extract information and summarize insights for stakeholders
• Develop reports and dashboards to highlight policy and claims performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Data Analytics, preferably within the insurance sector
• Strong understanding of travel insurance products and claims processes
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, NLP, or document intelligence solutions
• Ability to translate complex policy language into structured analytical insights
