Data Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Measures and Metrics team, the full-time remote Data Analyst will develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, validate data accuracy, and assist with documentation and data quality tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Build, update, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards while ensuring data accuracy through routine quality checks
• Gather user requirements and collaborate with the Measures and Metrics team to define projects and tasks based on customer needs
• Document processes, data flows, and reporting procedures, contributing to quality and process improvement methodologies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 3-5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business operations
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI development, including visuals, datasets, and DAX
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data presentation
• Experience in a U.S. government-related work environment, such as the Department of Defense or VA
