Data Analyst

Job Summary

Focusing on identifying and investigating abuse within AI-powered developer products, the remote Data Analyst will analyze telemetry and usage data, develop reporting tools, and collaborate with various teams to inform policy and enforcement decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Detect and investigate patterns of abuse by analyzing telemetry, usage logs, and account signals
• Build analyses and tools to support Trust & Safety decisions, including dashboards and reports
• Synthesize complex data analyses into actionable insights for stakeholders through presentations and reports

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or related fields, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience
• Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar data analytics tools
• Familiarity with abuse patterns on online platforms, particularly involving AI/ML products
• Experience in consulting or partnering with Trust & Safety and Security teams on investigations
• Ability to handle sensitive data responsibly and apply data governance practices
