Job Summary

To manage and optimize provider and network data operations, the full-time Data Analyst will ensure data integrity, drive automation initiatives, and deliver accurate reporting solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data integrity across provider and network datasets, establishing data quality standards and resolving discrepancies
• Lead automation initiatives to improve scalability and efficiency, designing enhanced automated workflows for reporting and data processing
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions, analyzing data trends to provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Five (5) years of related experience in data operations, analytics, or reporting
• Experience with automation, reporting tools, or data workflows strongly preferred
