Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing key business metrics and reporting for the Human Resources Department, standardizing internal reports, and leveraging analytical tools to support decision-making and process improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Design, collect, and analyze employee and organizational data to inform HR strategies
- Develop and maintain scorecards that analyze human capital metrics and predictive indicators
- Provide ad-hoc data analysis to support engagement and retention goals within the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; degree in a quantitative field preferred
- 5 years of professional experience with a focus on data and analytics, preferably in HR
- 2 years of experience in Workday report writing
