Data Analyst

Job Summary

Providing analytical support in a full-time capacity, the Data Analyst will conduct research and reporting on healthcare and operational data to inform decision-making and enhance business performance, utilizing SQL and BI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analytical tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or healthcare analytics
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics/reporting tools
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail in data validation and report development
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
