Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing analytics function, the full-time remote Data Analyst will design and maintain data sources, dashboards, and reporting pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and enhance operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and own analytics products, managing the entire process from requirements gathering to documentation and training
• Write SQL and shape the data model to optimize performance and maintain a sustainable analytical layer
• Automate recurring reporting using Python, ensuring accuracy and quality in published figures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent real-world experience as a data analyst
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics roles with a proven ability to drive complex projects to resolution
• Strong SQL skills with experience in building sustainable data models
• Advanced dashboarding/BI skills, preferably with Tableau
• Proficiency in Python for data work, including report automation
