Data Analyst

Job Summary

Passionate about data and growth, the full-time Data Analyst will analyze business performance trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams on A/B testing, and develop dashboards to support decision-making and drive growth initiatives remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business performance trends and provide insights to inform decisions and identify opportunities
• Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to execute and measure A/B tests
• Develop and maintain dashboards for performance metrics, ensuring accuracy and effective communication of findings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a closely related quantitative discipline
• Three years of experience in data analysis or a related field
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and using business intelligence tools for dashboard design
• Experience with Python for data analysis, including data wrangling and visualization
• Experience analyzing two-sided marketplace dynamics and designing A/B tests
