Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing social impact strategy, the full-time remote Data Analyst will gather and analyze client metrics, develop strategic data visualizations, and create scalable data systems to inform decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather client metrics to evaluate impact and business strategy
• Identify, clean, merge, and filter datasets to generate high-quality cross-functional datasets
• Develop and manage a client survey system to calculate key metrics for solution delivery improvement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Two or more years of experience in research, business intelligence, statistics, or data analysis
• Experience creating reports or dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Proficiency in coding programs such as Python, SQL, or R
• Experience in building or analyzing data models using AI/ML tools
