Data Analyst

Job Summary

Providing support in conducting research and analysis, the full-time Data Analyst will work with complex healthcare datasets to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools while ensuring data accuracy and usability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare and operational datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports using SQL, Excel, and Business Intelligence tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to define reporting requirements and enhance reporting processes

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or healthcare analytics
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and reporting/analytics tools
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail in data validation and report development
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams
