Data Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely from anywhere in the U.S., the full-time Benefit Data Analyst will manage and ensure the quality of plan design data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and utilize SQL for data extraction and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and confirm the quality of plan design data across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and maintain strong relationships
• Utilize SQL and other database languages to write queries for Benefit Design team analysis

Required qualifications

• Background in a quantitative field such as Math, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, or Economics
• 1+ years of healthcare experience in a data-focused role
• 1+ years of experience leveraging SQL (or similar language) to query databases
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Query
• Experience reading and interpreting JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) files
