Job Summary

Driving data-informed decision-making, the full-time salaried Data Analyst will analyze campaign performance, support client-facing teams with actionable insights, and develop dashboards to enhance client relationships and business growth, with the flexibility to work remotely or in-office.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze campaign performance to identify trends and deliver actionable recommendations
• Partner with Client Services and Sales to provide analytical support for client conversations and commercial initiatives
• Create impactful visualizations and reports using business intelligence tools for various stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in data analytics or a related analytical role
• Solid experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong SQL skills for interpreting complex queries and analytical outputs
• Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics or workflow automation tools
