Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support data-informed decisions in healthcare financial technology solutions, the full-time remote Data Analyst will analyze complex healthcare and payment data, develop scalable reporting solutions, and deliver actionable insights to enhance operational performance and client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor ETL processes, alerts, and reporting to ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to validate data pipelines and troubleshoot data quality issues
• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and design interactive dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data analysis tools
• Experience with ETL pipelines and data transformation processes
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Sigma
• Experience in the healthcare, payments, or insurance domains is a plus
