Data Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the PBM Consumer Analytics team, the remote Data Analyst will analyze pharmacy benefit data to identify member impacts from changes, generate communications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working flexible hours Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzes pharmacy benefit data to identify affected members and generates outbound communications
• Develops proactive solutions to meet customer needs and addresses moderately complex problems
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive decision-making using data and analytics

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with SQL (intermediate SQL skills)
• 2+ years of experience building and analyzing data utilizing analytical tools
• 1+ years of experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or other business intelligence tools
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and standard business applications
• Experience communicating with Marketing, Business, and IT leaders
