Data Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Claims Field Staffing organization, the full-time Data Analyst will gather and analyze data to inform staffing decisions, improve reporting processes, and enhance transparency around staffing models.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to support monthly reporting and staffing insights
• Improve reporting processes and increase transparency of data and assumptions used in staffing models
• Collaborate with business partners to answer ad hoc questions and deliver insights for informed decision-making

Required qualifications

• A minimum of four years of analytical work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with three years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with one year of experience
• Proficiency in programming skills such as SQL, SAS, or R
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Online pre-employment testing is required for external candidates
