Data Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Insights & Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analyst will collect, organize, and analyze programmatic data to enhance understanding of student outcomes and program performance, while translating data requests into accessible analyses for various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources for reporting needs
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in BI tools to support organizational decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure analyses are contextually grounded and communicate findings clearly

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field, including relevant internships
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and transformation, with experience in a Snowflake environment preferred
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Metabase, PowerBI, or Tableau
• Working knowledge of Python and R for data manipulation and analysis
• Commitment to educational equity and curiosity about data-driven improvements in student outcomes
