Data Analyst

Job Summary

Delivering critical inbound and outbound EDI projects, the full-time Data Analyst will manage file implementations, monitor data processes, and support eligibility and claims file configurations in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in and support outbound file implementation projects, coordinating resources and communications with stakeholders
• Assist in the implementation and testing of claims and eligibility files, ensuring accurate configurations and transitions to production
• Monitor file processing status and troubleshoot data discrepancies, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years of experience with ANSI X12 834 EDI files
• Basic proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Power BI, along with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of data integration programs and EDI business processes within a healthcare environment
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders
