Job Summary

To advance the organization's analytics capabilities, the remote Data Analyst will develop and deliver business intelligence solutions, improve data quality, and integrate diverse healthcare datasets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and governance of BI solutions, including dashboards and automated tools
• Drive initiatives to enhance data quality, reliability, and standardization across analytic processes
• Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, tailoring messages as needed

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of advanced SQL experience with complex queries and large-scale healthcare datasets
• 4+ years of experience designing and developing data visualizations using tools like Looker and Power BI
• 4+ years of experience translating business requirements into deployed analyses
• Experience in data governance and best practices
• Familiarity with healthcare data and related performance metrics
