Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time remote Data Analyst will own the lifecycle of insight delivery by developing dashboards, conducting deep-dive analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide real-time visibility into business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop dashboards, reports, and self-serve analytics for timely business performance visibility
• Conduct deep-dive analyses across key business areas to surface actionable insights
• Partner with Analytics/Data Engineering to define metrics and ensure data quality for reliable analytical outputs

Required qualifications

• Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS environment
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Familiarity with AI tools for analysis and automation, such as ChatGPT or similar
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse
