Job Summary

Transforming data into actionable insights, the full-time salaried Data Analyst will focus on cross-platform reporting, data analysis, and business intelligence while working remotely to support operational excellence and strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for operational leaders and executive stakeholders
• Monitor data quality across multiple enterprise platforms and validate cross-platform data accuracy
• Develop reporting documentation and training materials to enhance organizational understanding of business intelligence tools

Required qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
• Experience working within K-12 education, virtual education, or education technology environments
• Strong experience with Salesforce reporting tools, SQL, and business intelligence platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred
• Access to a private, secure, high-speed internet connection with specified minimum speeds
